SECTION1 – REFUND
As each of our prints are specially made to order we are unable to offer refunds.
We want you to be completely happy with any product you purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, i.e. damaged in transit, please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall work our hardest to ensure your satisfaction.
You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing.
Should items need to be returned you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items; we recommend returning items by recorded delivery to ensure safe receipt.
SECTION2 – SHIPPING
We normally aim to have orders printed processed and out for shipping within 10 working days.
If you need your print in time for a particular date please drop us an email, at email@example.com, and we will do our best to advise accordingly.
