I want my club to reflect my values

Portraits of Pride

Andy is a great fan of sports and the benefits of team sports including fitness, communication skills and the positive effects on mental health through a supportive social and accepting environment. Portraits of Pride is a portrait project focusing on gay and inclusive rugby clubs, offering the players a voice as to how they have benefited from sport and to encourage others to take part. The portrait photography project was started in conjunction with Manchester Village Spartans the world’s second-ever LGBT+ rugby club and a founding member of International Gay Rugby (IGR).
